The renal is two bedroom and kitchen with one full bath, ceiling fan,
laundry, wood floor and first floor. One male international PhD student at
UNO has occupied one bedroom; another bedroom is available right now. The
bedroom is bigger, 13x16 ft, with three windows. I provide furniture
including mattress, book shelf, computer desk, lamp and rugs. The rental is
$480 including utilities bill and COX TV cable with more 30-40 channels, you
can watch CNN, ESPN.. I think the price is very fare for UNO students, if
they can sign a one year lease, the rental can be reduced at $465.

A new guy came to UNO doing his post doctoral studies in June 2007. Temporarily he lives in Privateer Place for a month or two, and will relocate to Slidell. His name is Lin Sheng Fong (林勝豐). University)及 紐奧良大學(University of New Orleans)兩校體育研究所頒授之碩士文憑自本部參考名單剔除之相關疑義乙案說明：復貴組美休教字第第八八一二六號函。本案係依據本部新訂(國外學歷 查證作業要點)第九點， 以中文授課所頒授之學歷，本部不予認定之原則處理。 另為釐清本部採認原則，僅對不合規定之系所排除採認，並非針對 學校所有科系，本案經本部學術審議委員會第二十三屆常務委員會 第二次會議決議，僅就該二校以中文翻譯授課之體育研究所排除採 認，其他系所未在此限。且本部該發文日前已入學或畢業者，其修 業時間如符合本部﹁專科以上學校以國外學歷送審教師資格作業須 知﹂規定，基於維護當事人權益，均不溯及既往。
